The b&b Casa Kita it's build on the first floor of a private house overlooks the beautiful views of the Val di Chiana valley (from the best spot of the town). We are close from the public parking of Piazza Garibaldi equipped with escalators, the area is characterized by several bars and restaurants, a great spot where to start to explore Cortona.
