Regulation and rates

Reservations

• Prices are in euros and include VAT, water supply, electricity, air conditioning, heating, towels and bed linen.
• No reservations will be confirmed nor guaranteed unless credit card details are provided upon reservation.
• The balance shall either be paid before arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival on the premises.

Cancellation policy

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 5 days before arrival without any penalty.
• In case of cancellation from 5 days before arrival to the day of arrival and in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 2:30 pm to 6 pm. In case of late arrival or delay, please call +39 389 5579 893
• Check-out within 10 am. Late check-out available with surcharge.
• Guests’ personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.

Guests

• Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
• Small pets are allowed upon request and with a surcharge of 10 € per day.
• Tourist tax not included (2 € per night). Children under 12 are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
